Pau d'Arco

Quality Pau d'Arco inner bark, dried and packaged. For tea: add one teaspoon of herb to 1 cup of boiling water,continue to simmer for 10 minutes.  Strain and drink.

Pau d'Arco's flavor is earthy, woody and slightly bitter flavor, sometimes with sweet or acrid undertones.  Its traditional uses in South American medicine inclue supporting the immune system, soothing inflamation, and treating infections.

To use on skin for fungus, candida, and other skin disorders, brew the tea, put on a gauze or rag and wrap around the affected area.
